What we collect

• Identity data: full name, personal code (via eID verification)

• Financial data: bank account (IBAN) for payouts, payment card details (processed by our payment partner)
• Usage data: search queries, booking history, messages between users
• Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system
• Location data: general area (city/district) you provide in your profile

How we use your data

• To provide and operate the rental marketplace
• To verify your identity and prevent fraud
• To process payments and payouts
• To facilitate communication between renters and owners
• To send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, reminders)
• To improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns

Legal basis

We process your data based on:

• Contract performance: processing necessary to provide our service (bookings, payments, messaging)

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain transaction records for 7 years as required by Estonian accounting law. Usage logs are anonymised after 26 months.
