Our story

Tallinn Gear Rental was founded in 2026 by a group of Tallinn residents who noticed the same pattern: expensive gear sitting unused in closets while neighbours searched online to buy the same items new. A camera used twice a year, a drill needed for one weekend, a stroller outgrown in months.

We built TGR as a peer-to-peer rental marketplace for Tallinn and the surrounding area. Our goal is simple: make it easy, safe, and affordable to borrow what you need from people nearby — and earn from what you already own.

Mission

Reduce waste, share resources locally, and build trust between neighbours. Every item rented is one fewer item manufactured, shipped, and eventually discarded. We believe communities are stronger when they share.
